In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that captivate our target audience. You will use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to bring your ideas to life. Daily, you will work on a variety of projects, from designing new clothing lines to creating promotional materials for our products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative concepts for clothing and graphic designs.
• Create visually appealing layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the fashion team to ensure designs are feasible and align with production standards.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in fashion and design to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage and meet design deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Present design concepts to the marketing team and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
• Contribute to the overall brand image and marketing strategy of Emerald Garment Manufacturing Corporation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in fashion and graphic design.
• Understanding of fashion industry trends and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes is a plus.
