Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison for third-party vendors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Oversee vendor contracts, including negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
• Manage vendor performance, providing feedback and ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
• Coordinate with facilities team to maintain and improve our workspace.
• Schedule and oversee vendor inspections and maintenance activities.
• Resolve vendor-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all vendors adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor interactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with vendor management software such as SAP Ariba or Coupa is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
