Your day-to-day tasks will include managing payroll, processing benefits, and providing guidance on employee benefits programs.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Administer government-mandated benefits and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Manage payroll processing using BambooHR and PayFit.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Process and manage employee benefits enrollments and changes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits strategies to ensure they align with business goals.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee benefits programs.
- Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR compensation and benefits administration.
- Certification in HR compensation and benefits (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems like BambooHR and PayFit.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
