📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and support staff.,Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance schedules to optimize fleet efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for fleet operations.,Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance history, and driver performance.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues or potential safety hazards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards for fleet operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
