As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting of the clinic. You will work closely with the management team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting and financial reporting of the clinic,Ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Manage the payroll process, including calculating and distributing employee salaries and benefits,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations,Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations,Manage the clinic's budget and forecast future financial needs,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and financial management is a plus
