Up New Pratama is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain safety standards and conduct regular safety inspections.,Manage and supervise a team of crew members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute routes and schedules efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure it is up to date.,Report to management and provide regular updates on operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of local routes and regulations in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
