Space Net Pratama is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and oversee the training budget and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using training software and tools such as LMS (Learning Management System).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
