📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair kitchen equipment and facilities,Work closely with chefs and staff to ensure kitchen efficiency,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the kitchen,Perform regular maintenance and inspections of kitchen equipment,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Train and mentor junior technicians,Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician in a food service environment,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and facilities,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry
