Market Royal Lestari is looking for a Lead Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing financial reports to the management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control the company's financial resources, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to the relevant authorities.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Maintain and update the company's accounting software and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
