📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily security operations,Ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and visitors,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections,Investigate and report security incidents,Develop and implement security policies and procedures,Train and mentor security personnel,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed,Maintain and update security records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management,Proven leadership and management skills,Strong knowledge of security laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions,Valid security clearance and certification,Familiarity with security technology and equipment
