📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the quality control process for coffee products.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior QC inspectors.
• Develop and implement quality improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate quality control records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in coffee quality control is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with coffee processing and brewing methods.
