📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to staff and users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and software.,Monitoring and maintaining the network infrastructure and security.,Assisting in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Providing training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and software.,Documenting IT processes and procedures.,Ensuring the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.Experience with cloud computing platforms is a plus.Familiarity with virtualization technologies is a plus.Experience with IT service management tools is a plus.
