Bloom Direct Indonesia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. If you are passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance reviews.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Support the HR team in employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Bahasa Indonesia language skills are a plus.,Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
