We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Staff to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and mentor new staff members to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely (hybrid work arrangement).
