📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Administer government-mandated benefits and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Manage payroll processing using BambooHR and PayFit.
• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Process and manage employee benefits enrollments and changes.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits strategies to ensure they align with business goals.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee benefits programs.
• Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR compensation and benefits administration.
• Certification in HR compensation and benefits (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like BambooHR and PayFit.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
