📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR activities align with business goals.,Support the organization in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
