📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and mentor a team of front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage staff.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Utilize hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System), to track and manage hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to promote special events and offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar 4-star hotel.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
