📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Teacher in planning, organizing, and conducting classes.,Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth.,Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.,Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and support.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events.,Stay updated with educational trends and best practices to enhance teaching methods.,Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.,Valid teaching certification and a clean criminal record.
