📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store improvement initiatives.,Manage store budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
