📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance appraisals, and training records.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents.,Coordinate with internal departments to address employee concerns and issues.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
