📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, both locally and nationally.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a sales or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to travel, both locally and nationally, as required.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
