Klinik Budi Store is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Ensure that the store is clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the store.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
