Berkah Gilang Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the overall management and operation of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality dental services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, ensuring they meet high standards of service and care.,Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports and recommendations for management.,Promote a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and management practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with dental software and electronic health record systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and work permit if applicable.
