📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of retail associates, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all retail outlets are clean, well-organized, and presentable.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP Retail, Oracle Retail, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel to multiple retail outlets within Bandung and surrounding areas.
