📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential credit customers, assessing their financial needs and suitability for our Sharia-compliant products.,Promote and sell our range of Sharia-compliant financial products, including deposits, loans, and investment products.,Provide financial advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of the products they are considering.,Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for all interactions.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.,Ensure compliance with Islamic banking principles and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to foster long-term loyalty and trust.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in Sharia-compliant financial products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Islamic Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate potential credit customers.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with Islamic banking principles and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
