Hokian Elsa Fashion is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Tambora. As a Senior Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 5.000.000 to Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role.,Strong knowledge of fashion products and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Proven ability to work in a team environment.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
