📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals,Identify training needs and create customized learning solutions for employees,Implement and facilitate training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and learning theories,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software
