Sehati Zahra Health Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our patients and guests. This is a full-time position located in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat, with a competitive salary of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and regulations.,Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs of our patients and guests.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven experience in managing a team and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
