📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading and managing urban development projects from inception to completion.

Developing and implementing sustainable urban development strategies.

Conducting feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.

Collaborating with stakeholders, including government agencies, community leaders, and private sector partners.

Ensuring compliance with local and national regulations and standards.

Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Representing the company at industry conferences and events.

Continuously updating knowledge and skills in urban development and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban development and consulting.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering urban development projects.

Strong knowledge of sustainable urban development principles and practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Indonesian and English.

Familiarity with GIS and urban planning software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
