📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all fleet vehicles and drivers.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure seamless fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to fleet drivers and maintenance personnel.,Conduct regular fleet audits and inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing fleet operations.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with budgeting and cost control processes.
