📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR manager in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Experience in recruitment and employee relations is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
