📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate with management to address staffing needs and ensure business goals are met.,Support the organization in achieving its diversity and inclusion goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
