📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately using cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods like OVO, GoPay, and Dana.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Manage the cash register, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring the correct amount of cash is on hand.
• Assist with inventory management by counting and recording daily sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including the counter and surrounding workspace.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper hygiene practices and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and financial records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in Indonesian, with basic English skills a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique culture and requirements of Queen's Tandoor.
